Parties are held after hours from 6–9 PM, with the option to extend later upon request.
How many people can attend a private holiday party?
Our holiday parties are designed for groups of 5 to 15 guests, offering an intimate and creative experience for your team, friends, or family.
What’s included in the experience?
Each guest will work with the Hats by Parker Thomas team to design a custom hat, choosing from a variety of shapes, colors, bands, feathers, and accessories to make it their own.
Are food and drinks provided?
Yes! We provide white wine and beer for your group. You’re also welcome to bring your own food or drinks, or we can arrange catering with Machete, tequila + tacos!
Is there a minimum purchase requirement?
Yes — at least 50% of your guests are required to purchase a hat to join the party.
Do you require a deposit to book a party?
No — a deposit is not required to reserve your date. You can book your party in advance and pay closer to the event.
Can the event be customized?
While we aim to accommodate special requests, all customizations are subject to availability and feasibility to ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience for every guest.
