Gift Cards
Gift cards purchased through Hats by Parker Thomas can be redeemed online at https://hatsbyparkerthomas.com or in-store at Hat & Hem. They are not valid at partner locations, including (but not limited to) American Lore or Ghost Saloon.
Please treat gift cards as cash. Hats by Parker Thomas is not responsible for lost, stolen, altered, destroyed, or unauthorized use of gift cards.
Expiration
Hats by Parker Thomas gift cards do not expire and carry no service fees. They may be used at any time toward the purchase of eligible products.
Refunds
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law. Purchases made with a gift card are considered final sale and subject to our standard policies.
Transferability & Restrictions
Gift cards are transferable and may be given as gifts. However, once issued, Hats by Parker Thomas is not responsible for unauthorized use, resale, or transfer of a card. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards and may not be applied toward taxes or shipping fees unless otherwise required by law. If your gift card is lost, we can only resend it to the original purchaser and are not permitted to send it directly to the gift recipient.
