Shipping Policy
At Hats by Parker Thomas, every hat is crafted with care and shipped with attention to detail. Please review the information below for our shipping timelines and policies.
Ready-to-Ship Hats & Accessories
Ready-to-ship hats have a standard processing time of three to five business days, Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 2:00 PM MST will begin processing the following business day.
During promotions, peak periods, or public holidays, please allow an additional two to five business days for processing. Once shipped, delivery typically takes three to ten business days with standard shipping. Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has shipped.
Made-to-Order & Exclusive Collections
For select launches and exclusive collection drops, hats are made to order. This applies to all products marked with the “Made to Order” tag on the product description page. Your hat will be hand-shaped and designed after your order is placed. Production takes approximately one week before shipping, in addition to standard shipping time. This ensures your hat is handcrafted with the highest level of detail and quality.
Shipping Services
At this time, express shipping is not available at checkout. However, if you need your hat for a special occasion, please contact our customer service team via email and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Hats by Parker Thomas is not responsible for courier delays, lost packages, or stolen packages once your order has left our facility. If your tracking information shows your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim. For additional assistance, you may also reach out to our customer service team, and we will be happy to help guide you through the process.
Important Notes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery issues or additional fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
