Parker’s artistry is deeply rooted in legacy. Having grown up watching his father and grandfather crease hats by hand, he developed a passion for the craft at a young age. Over the years, he has created custom, high-end hats for celebrities and high-profile clients, gaining recognition for his ability to personalize each hat to reflect the story and personality of its wearer. With his out-of-the-box creativity and laid-back approach, Parker redefines tradition—proving that hats aren’t just for special occasions, but can be worn every day as an expression of individuality.
Expanding on his family’s legacy, Parker recently co-founded Hat Masters, a training platform dedicated to aspiring hat shapers. Through Hat Masters, he shares his knowledge, experience, and passion for the craft, empowering others to build and grow their own businesses. His mission is not only to preserve the art of hat making, but also to inspire and support the next generation of makers in carrying this timeless tradition forward.

Not only does she know how to style and customize a stellar hat, but she also runs Hat & Hem, the boutique within Hats by Parker Thomas.
