Will Parker personally be at my appointment?

While we’d love for Parker to be at every appointment, his availability can’t always be guaranteed. Rest assured, our highly trained staff will guide you through the process and ensure you leave with the hat of your dreams.

How long does an appointment usually take?

Appointments typically last between 45 minutes to 1 hour. This allows enough time to explore different styles, select your hat, and go through the custom shaping and fitting process without feeling rushed. If you’re adding more personalized details, your appointment may take a little longer.

Do I need to book in advance, or do you accept walk-ins?

We highly recommend booking an appointment in advance to ensure you have dedicated time with our team. While we do our best to accommodate walk-ins when possible, availability is not guaranteed—especially during busy times. Scheduling ahead ensures the best experience.

How much do custom hats cost?
