At Hats by Parker Thomas, each hat is carefully handcrafted to order, ensuring that every piece is unique. Because of the custom nature of our products, all items on our website are considered final sale.
Final Sale Terms

All purchases are final. We are unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind, sizing preferences, or personal circumstances. This policy is clearly stated on each product page prior to checkout and is also included on your packing slip as a reminder at the time of delivery.
Sizing Responsibility

For the best fit, customers are responsible for knowing their hat size prior to placing an order. We offer both a Measuring Guide and a Size Guide to walk you through the process step by step. In addition, our Perfect Fit Kit, available for purchase, makes it easy to measure accurately at home. Using these tools—or providing precise measurements—ensures that your custom hat is crafted to fit you properly.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged during shipment, or if an error has occurred on our part, please notify our customer service team within seven (7) days of delivery. In such cases, we may request supporting photographs to assess the issue. Once reviewed, eligible claims will be addressed through repair, replacement, or store credit, at our discretion.
