How do I care for my new hat?

These hats are pretty durable, but still, you should be kind to them! When storing a shaped hat, ideally store it upside down (on the crown) so the brim can stay in place. If you have a flat brim hat, feel free to store it on a wall hook or flat on the brim on a shelf. Store your hat in a cool dry place.

If your hat gets dirty, you can purchase felt hat cleaner and a brush, or simply book and appointment and we can clean and re-shape your hat anytime.

Do you ship your hats? How can I travel with my new hat?

Yes, we can and do ship custom hats around the country! Visit our virtual hat appointments page to book!


We also sell hat cans or boxes so you can travel easily with your new hat(s). Each can fits up to 3 hats, has a handle and has a hard shell so your hats won't get destroyed.

What is your return policy?

All of our items are made to order with excellence, and we take pride in ensuring quality craftsmanship. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns for any item that is personalized, branded, or cut further than 1".

How long will it take to get a custom hat made?

In most cases, you will leave your appointment with your hat. Each hat and design depends on the needs of the customer, but most hats can be done in around 30 minutes.
